Session 1 - 10am until 12 noon - Introduction to Preventing Burnout

In this interactive session, participants will explore the neuroscience of burnout, understanding the changes that occur in the brain and body as stress levels increase. Discover practical techniques to mitigate the impact of stress and foster resilience within yourself and your team.

Session 2 - 2 - 3:30pm - Panel Discussion on Challenges of Educational Leadership

Engage in an insightful panel discussion featuring senior educational leaders sharing their experiences and strategies for addressing the unique challenges of educational leadership in today's climate.
